Our Mission

PAL is Flagler County’s oldest and largest youth sports organization.

Each year Flagler PAL serves over 1700 Flagler County youth in several areas of athletic programming. Our programs are managed and coached by a volunteer staff and are funded through generous support from our community, private and business sponsors and Flagler County Schools.  PAL believes that individuals do make a difference. Success depends upon the strength of our volunteers, family values, teamwork, and successful partnerships. PAL programs reach across racial, ethnic, religious, financial, and physical boundaries in order for everyone to realize their talents and encourage our children to be the best they can regardless of their abilities.

Improving the quality of our children’s lives through participation in group activities provides a foundation for life long skills. We are determined that PAL’s success will show through our children, our volunteers and our programs.
