You may register at our uniform sizing dates! Next Monday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 21, 6pm, Matanzas High School Gym.

What to Bring to register at sizing dates: 

* ORIGINAL Birth Certificate 
* One copy of the birth certificate 
* 2×3 picture: Must be a recent photo and the participant cannot be wearing a hat or sunglasses.
* $185.00 ($90 Uniform Deposit plus 2nd payment due).  Total cost $380.00, balance can be broken into pymts.
* State Benefits Letter: If you are applying for a scholarship you must bring a copy of the letter proving you receive state benefits. Copies of medical cards or food stamp cards are not sufficient proof.
* One parent or guardian to attend mandatory parent meeting.

POP Warner Challenger Football & Cheer

We are VERY excited to announce that we are forming a Challenger Football Team this year.   This is a flag team for special needs children ages 5-16. This team will be a complementary part of our organization, sharing like jerseys and game field playing time. If you, or anyone you know, has a child that may be interested please see the attached flyers for details. If you, or anyone you know, may be interested in helping out with this growing portion of our program please email me back and let me know what your qualifications are.
Registration for this team will be held on April 30th from 6-7:30pm at the Flagler PAL Office. Cost to participate is $60. Please bring payment and your child’s original Birth Certificate with you at the time of registration.
 Our Challenger Cheer program continues after a succesful 2013 inaugural season. For specific Challenger Cheer program questions please contact: Cheer Commissioner, Cheryl Hornstein  Cheer@FlaglerPAL.org
